Interland Nightmare, Resolved

I'm pleased to write that my recent nightmare with Interland has been resolved thanks to one very helpful sales representative. The multiple forms, faxes, and "requests on business letterhead" finally came through, and I got my money back. One point for the good consumer, none for greedy web hosts that sell your account and credit card number without permission.
