Library Redesigned

Check out our completely revamped library, which is now a weblog all to itself. For the curious, the backend goes like this--when a new book is added to the library, it is categorized as a "Feature" title. The previously featured title then shifts down to the first column in "Recent Picks," and the last item in the third column then gets bumped into the "Archived" bar below. It's like a uninvited dinner guest taking a seat at a crowded table, and all the guests shifting down one to accommodate.

The content hasn't changed, but I plan to add a new title in the coming week. UPDATE: Opera / Netscape 6 seem to be having a few problems. Imagine that.

Wonderful! I would love to know how you did this. I'm hoping to add something similar to my own site, for books and for music, someday...

I'd like to second that emotion. I've been thinking about adding something similar as well. I should spend time and do it on my own, but it's always nice to have a map.

Same here. That's amazing.

Opera? The techie-oriented web surfer's wet dream and the Holy Grail of W3C compatibility? Has PROBLEMS?!

You don't say.

Really nice job on the Library, BTW. I suppose this could be considered a "me too" message to the ones below.

I assume this is something MT 2.0 allows? I'd love to see the template, or at least a discription of same. I have trouble with getting the basic tags to show up right.
